What preparations need to be made before installation of ceramic wear resistant lining?

 

Ceramic tile liner is a common type of plate. The product needs to be installed before using. Then, what preparations need to be made before installation?

1. Before installing the ceramic wear resistant tiles, you must be familiar with the safety operation regulations of the relevant equipment used in the work and the safety production regulations at the construction site.

 

2. Cut off the start-up power of the construction equipment, and hang up a warning sign of "Manned operation, no closing".

 

3. If the equipment is underground or in a closed area, the gas and dust content must be tested before using the cutting torch or electric welding. Confirm that the gas and dust content is within the safe value range before operation, otherwise, accidents may occur.

 

3. After the installation work is completed, the tools, ironware, welding slag, etc. in the installation area should be cleaned up.
