Packing and transportation of alumina balls

There are two main reasons why alumina balls are very popular in the market: first, filling alumina ceramic balls can remove sewage and fluorine from drinking water; Second, it can dry air. No matter where it is used, the principle of sealed packaging shall be followed. The main requirements are as follows:

Requirement 1: each bag of alumina ball is 25g, lined with plastic bag, and the outer layer is plastic woven bag.

Requirement 2: it shall be moisture-proof and waterproof during storage, and it is strictly prohibited to contact with oil and steam.

Requirement 3: when using alumina balls, if plastic bags are left, they shall be sealed at the air outlet to avoid long-term contact with air.

The finished alumina ball shall be inspected before leaving the factory.

1. First check whether the appearance is regular and clean, the surface color is uniform, and there are no cracks, bubbles, flash burrs and other defects.

2. After passing the delivery inspection, the product certificate label and operation manual shall be issued, and the following contents shall be indicated when the filled alumina ball leaves the factory;

1) Product name and standard number.

2) Production batch number of the product.

3) Material, model and specification of the product.

4) Name and address of the manufacturer.

Attention shall be paid to the following points during packaging, transportation and storage of alumina balls

1) Alumina balls are usually packed in plastic woven bags, and the quantity of each bag is indicated. If the demander has other special requirements, both parties can negotiate packaging according to the contract. Pay attention to safety during packaging to avoid bag breakage or goods damage or leakage during transportation.

2) Alumina balls shall be handled with care during transportation and loading and unloading. Throwing and heavy pressing are strictly prohibited to avoid deformation or damage of the filler.

3) Alumina balls shall be stored in a warehouse with appropriate room temperature and shall not be exposed to the sun and rain.
