ZTA zirconia toughened alumina ceramic bricks with high impact resistance

We all know that alumina ceramics has good wear resistance and high hardness and is one common popularly 

 used material in wear resistant industry.

Our factory produce such high alumina ceramic plates with 92-99%alumina content which is of high quality and 

has been widely exported to many countries like Germany, Australia and America for many years.

In recent years, one new product has also been innovated by our factory, it is called ZTA zirconia toughened alumina 

ceramic plates or bricks which is composed of 20-25% zirconia, 70% Al2O3 and other composition like CaO, MgO, K2O, .

Na2O and SiO2.

Its bulk density is over 4.2g/cm3, its bending strength is over 350MP, its fracture toughness is 5Mpa*m1/2, its rockwell 

hardness is around HRA90, therefore such  ZTA zirconia toughened alumina ceramic bricks has excellent toughness and

 impact resistance.
