Application of zirconium-aluminum composite ceramic lining bricks

As a wear-resistant lining, ZTA ceramic tiles are used for heavy wear parts of large ore terminals such as Rizhao Port, Tangshan Port, Qingdao Port, etc., and the service life is about the original alumina ceramic lining or 4 times that of other materials, the application effect is very good.

In transportation systems in the steel industry, dense phase conveying systems are commonly used, which utilize air streams to transport granular material in closed pipes. Therefore, the conveying capacity is large, the conveying distance is long, and the conveying speed is high. However, there are also serious problems, such as wear and tear of pipes, frequent replacement, environmental pollution and impact on production efficiency. Workers in the steel industry are deeply disturbed and distressed.

According to the reaction of steel production personnel, the traditional dust removal pipe can only be used for about three months in the early stage, and the process of centrifugal castable + cement backpack is adopted. Our company adopts ZTA ceramic staggered pasting process, which has been used for more than 1.5 years, and the operation is normal, which is well received by customers.
